A friend of mine did this.It isn't so gorgeous as other themes,but the highlights lie on light effect.Look at the out glow of the windows,the maximize/minimize/close buttons,like it?
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
