The first mind in my mind was:'Oh,my god, i've missed such a nice Vista theme' when i saw Cairo Inspired designed by RetroFlava.The theme looks like Mac with a narrow taskbar and especially the explorer, but it has transparency. What i like best is its start orb, blue and, some unknown feeling. Have a look.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
