The author called it a Colourfull Theme, but from the screenshot i think it is a crystal theme with a colorful wallpaper. Since i'm running Windows 7 now, it's impossible for me to find out the fact. Anyway, the theme is nice.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
