Dead Vista, this is the darkest vista theme I have ever seen. With a narrow taskbar and blackout background, it should be nice for everyday use, especially when your laptop has low power.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
