Just when i was looking around for some new themes,i got that a new version of ID Se7en small was available.And from the preview picture i knew there were a lot of changes.if you are not so satisfied with the old one,i think this version may be something better.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
Now you can enjoy!
