Great theme! Long live crystal transparency. The highlights of this theme lies on fully crystal startmenu with glowing fonts and the explorer title bar, as well as the buttons. But the taskbar looks ugly. If it can be made to be transparent, the theme will be much better.
PS: The preview picture is a very big one, so be patient to load it.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
