Islander WB Vista, look familiar? Yes! I have posted it before when it was still in Beta. And this time it is a final version with two Windowblinds skins (one orange and one blue). Although there is no transparency, but ,you know not only transparent themes look nice.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
Now you can enjoy!
