It seems that for quite a long there is no Mac style Vista themes here. But it happens to be one here, named OS slim. Actually it is a reskin work based on benbackham's theme. Sorry i can't list the highlights, because i think it highlights everywhere.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
Now you can enjoy!
