Red Ice,from the name we know there should be a lot of red in this theme.To tell the truth,i was a little disappointed then because i didn't like this kind of themes. But after i took a further look,i found this VS was definitely different from those ones,with a Mac look taskbar,red borders of half-transparency.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
