Today , here will be a fantastic Vista theme, which is definitely one of the best Vista themes i've ever seen. First of all. let's have a look some words from the author.

I have to say that edit these glitchy images is very difficult for me, because I really don't know why they are present.
I have used Photoshop, Paint.net and GIMP2, but none have satisfied my request.
I never had help, because no one really knows much about this problem.
I will continue to try & try with these programs, waiting for some help from who knows something :S '

To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into c:\windows\resources\themes. Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
