Among all the balck editons of Vista themes,this one is quite individual.The first time i saw it ,i thought it must be a Wba theme because usually only wba themes can change so much,including all the details.But finally and fortunately it is a VS one.We are lucky!
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
Now you can enjoy!
